Custom brewing

Nothing says "I Love You" like beer!

For your once-in-a-lifetime wedding, make it perfect with a unique craft beer brewed especially and only for your BIG DAY!

We will work with you as we develop the recipe and brew process for an ale or lager you will never forget.  Additionally, we can bottle a portion for the bachelor/bachelorette party or for the wedding party with a custom-made label!

The rest will be delivered in kegs or we are happy to set up our taps and serve if that works better for you!

All we need is at least three months notice to plan, brew, ferment and keg/bottle.  Shorter timelines may be possible depending on the details.

Help us craft your beer!

It all starts with malt, hops, and water, (and yeast) but that is just the beginning of craft your d

  • Ale or Lager? Most beer styles fall under these categories. Ales are typically more complex and can have special flavors that are produced by the yeast during fermentation. Lagers are known for being cleaner and crisper due to cold storage.  The lager taste is refreshing and often simpler as there are little to no yeast flavors.
  • Body~ The body of the beer is a term pointing to how substantial it feels in the mouth. It can be heavier or lighter depending on how much and what kind of malt is used.
  • Malt flavor~  Some beers are specifically brewed to have a richer malt character. Maltiness can also be made more subtle to let some other flavor take center stage.  This also depends on what malts are used. Roasted malts can be used to get a nutty or caramel character and darken the beer.
  • Hop flavor~ The hop bitterness can always be adjusted, and there are hundreds of hops to choose from.  Some are used for bittering and others provide flavor and aroma.  They can add notes that are floral, citrusy, fruity, grassy, woody, spicy, herbal, and many more.  Any beer can be tweaked to fit your hop preferences.
  • Adjuncts~ Lots of other ingredients can be added during the brewing and fermentation process. Spices like cardamom and coriander seed as well as fruits and roots can do lot for the beer's taste and aroma.
